NettIe Belle Walker Obituary

Mrs. Nettie Belle Walker, 74, former resident of Accident cummunity, died at her home in Wichita, Kans., Aug 6.

She was born December 10, 1879 in Springdale, the daughter of Tom and Susan Kendrick, pioneer settlers of Accident Community. She spent all of her life in the Accident community until 14 years ago when sshe moved with her husband to Wichita. She was a member of the Lowell Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held in Wichita, August 10 and burial was in Fairview Park, Albuguerque, N. Mex.

Survivors are, her husband, James Walker of the home; three daughters, Miss DeLoris Walker and Mrs. Mary McNaughton of Albuquerque, N. Mex. and Mrs. Lula Ford of Selah, Wash; three sisters, MRs. J.B. Graham of Salt Lake City, Utah, Mrs. E.R. Graham and Miss Mary Kendrick of Springdale; one brother, W. T. Kendrick of Springdale and seven grandchildren.
